The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay thanks to emili,zaaira and Bri. I highly recommend The home 2 suites for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

We stay here once a year, at least for special events when we don't want to drive home. The staff is always friendly specially bri and ale. I have never had a bad experience, and the best part is its prime location. So, you can walk to everything. Nate the shuttle driver was awesome great guy.

I had a wonderful experience at the Home2 Suites by Hilton El Paso Airport. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from the airport. The suite I stayed in was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—offering plenty of room to relax and work, peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to start the day right. The service at the front desk was welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to the Chief Engineer, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay—outstanding service! This hotel has become my go-to place whenever I’m in the area, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Basic h2s hotel

We stayed at this hotel because of the pool and it was closed most of the time. When we asked when it was opening they didn’t know. We had to pay for parking. The nice thing about the stay was good restaurants were at walking distance.

What drove me to this hotel was its comprehensive amenities. Besides this, it offers a very safe and secure environment for all visitors, which is a great thing. he best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. A shoutout to the folks in the front desk always ready to help and very welcoming and cheerful at all times, enjoyed the time here definitely will be back.

From the moment I reached the home 2 suites, the staff welcomed me with a complimentary drink and a snack. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

The room was clean, spacious and had standard size appliances. Unlike other places with a mini fridge n microwave. Recommend the breakfast, a good variety to select along with healthy options.

For a Hilton, this property was extremely disappointing. My room had very dirty carpet with large stains all over the place. Then I found hair on the bed. I got a room change. The other room had slightly improved carpet but it was a downgrade in terms of amenities. And on top of that, the shower head had issues and the water was lukewarm not hot. I guess this is normal for them, because they didn't do much to make it right. Just very disappointed with my stay here. This is shameful for a Hilton property.

The receptionists (Bri & Emili) were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much. Breakfast was excellent and it was one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed in.
