Receptionists are very helpful. Excellent customer service. Close to great restaurants and the airport.

The staff was exceptionally good. I did a late check in and the young man at the front desk remembered my name. The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful. Leti helped me with my bags in the elevator and was on duty when I got my breakfast in the morning. She was so pleasant and courteous.

I guess my standards for Home2 was set too high based on the one we stayed at in Richardson TX. In the El Paso facility i was suprised to have to pay for parking. Next, the location is not difficult to get in and out. Oyr room was ok but the TV did not have access to streaming services, only cable channels without a guide! Last, the breakfast was awful. Beacon was chewy, egg patties cold. Really poor quality. Oh, sheets did not fit correctly. When i woke up i was sleeping directly on the mattress. On a good note, staff was very accommodating.

There was a fire alarm at 5:00 a.m. and no one let us know what had happened. Or at what time we can go back to our rooms it was very frustrating

For no reason other than greed they charge for parking, so work that into the nightly rate. There’s no reason that parking here should be paid - it’s just a regular Home2 lot. As an HHonors customer this really irritates me. It’s like $12+ after fees and taxes.

We selected this hotel for an overnight stay to break up our road trip to Dallas. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Breakfast the following morning was more than adequate. A variety of eggs, breads, juices and plenty of hot coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future if our plans called for such.

The property is listed as pet friendly. I paid for the room in advance and nothing was mentioned so I did not expect to get a ‘pet fee’ at the hotel and then have to pay for parking as well.

The atmosphere was tranquil, perfect for starting the day.Overall, my stay at the home 2 suites hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with outstanding service and beautiful surroundings! A big thanks to the front desk team from the moment I arrived, their warm welcome and professionalism made all the difference . They were incredibly helpful with my check-in process, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations for local attractions. Their attentive service truly made my stay enjoyable.
