"Fantastic place to stay in Hakuba area."

We loved our stay here. The staff were amazing and looked after us so well. Thank you to all of them!! Room was spacious and very comfortable. Washing machines available. They offer a welcome drink and ochatsuke snack. So yum! The position of the accommodation was really good. We were changed to square 8 so our experience was at square 8. We loved the private baths which could be booked. There is a hot rock room which we didn’t try. Definitely recommend this place
