Breakfast was really nice and they had a GREAT TEAM there working together really well. Would recommend this to anyone- great value especially for the time of year I stayed(7 nights). Felt really safe. Though fully booked noise didn't disturb me, beautiful kitchen down below. The snow-gear room was cooking (great heater and very well maintained). So good to get your gear dry for the next day- a super important aspect. Perhaps cctv in there may be a good thing though as it wasn't locked at night? Nothing missing at all though but they post a sign saying they wouldn't be responsible for anything going missing, which is understandable but kinda made me nervous yknow as all the gear is super expensive. I can't wait to come back! Thanks Unplan- well Planned!

Wifi was really iffy, like almost not worth trying except in the main office area. I think they'll buy a vaccuum cleaner that gets the hair up in the carpets of the room soon, they were very onto it when I requested a little extra attention there. Breakfast was always ready early! Great for the backcountry crew. Front window at entrance down below was cracked, but I'm sure it's in the process of being fixed.

"Amazing stay at Tsugaike"

Close proximity to the gondola. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Awesome breakfast. Very clean room. The room with private bathroom was exceptionally comfortable. Equipment rental around the corner. Dry room to store ski and boots.

Wifi in the room doesn't work. Only works in the lobby area. Too bad we're there in the early season, the restaurant wasn't yet opened.

One night was a bit noisy with people partying. We stayed 3 nights and the other nights were quiet.
