The smell of the whole place was absolutely disgusting and the fact I found 3 Cock Roaches in my room made it feel even worse not knowing how many more there was , also the smoke detector was hanging half off the ceiling the outlets were busted and some of them didnt even work and the fact there is no refund available is the only reason I stayed the 2 nights

The roaches, burn holes in the outdated bed spreads, sorry excuse for breakfast. Just over all bad.

The room was paid for a homeless person to stay. I did not stay there myself. I did visit the hotel to paid for the room. I visited with the lady. the hotel wasn't too clean. I was uncomfortable with the place.

Not clean enough. The walls need new paint and new flooring. If they were newer, it would look cleaner.

it was a smoking room

the fridge didn't work, the air conditioner didn't work, the room was an absolute mess, punched holes in the bathroom door, shower was so dirty I didn't even want to shower, all the bedding was dirty with burn holes in them, curtains didn't close, the microwave wasn't plugged in, not enough outlets, in whole the room was a mess and not clean at all, dust bunnies all over the ceiling, sink was falling off and the handle to turn the water on was broke and very difficult to turn the water on just to brush my teeth, would not stay there again

Bedsheets in non-smoking room had numerous cigarette burn holes, smoke detector appeared to have been disabled, toilet had fecal material above the water line, and there was garbage behind the furniture (including opened aluminum cans).

There were bed bugs and the condition of the blankets and furniture was disgusting.

There is obviously no care put into maintaining the property and cleaning the public spaces. Very disappointing especially for the people that stay there for months on end.
