Very well situated property, 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Bainbridge museum of Art. Staff was universally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is a little sparse, but good enough to get ready for the day. The property could use some exterior maintenance, but the room was clean and in good shape. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The room was decent although the shower curtain was not long enough and the floor was flooded when we showered. The staff at the desk was very impersonable.The maid staff were very accommodating The included breakfast was very limited but adequate. Overall, you get what you pay for and the price was reasonable.

The breakfast and staff were great. The room was very musty and damp. The musty smell was overpowering and would not dissipate. There was a wet spot in the bathroom that did not dry.

"Very disappointed especially for the price"

In room 214 the 32" TV has the same subtitle "And that's..." stuck on every channel. Vanity tray was dirty in the sink. Someone else's food was still in the fridge. For breakfast, a packaged Ham and cheese Hot Pocket with air fryer instructions on the wrapper but only a microwave to heat it for a soggy and unappetizing result.

"Very Good"

We were told upon check in that the facility was full consequently we could not get a room on the first floor. Suddenly we could get a room on the first floor but we had to change to a double queen instead our requested king. However this morning no additional parking spaces were filled from when we checked in.
