Rodeway Inn Muskogee

Room was very dirty and had bugs.

The room smelled musty/moldy. Black mold in the bathroom, unable to use tub (no plug). Plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector (fire code violation). The bag had been there a long time as it had been painted around. Needed to use tissue to kill bugs around the room. Worst experience at a Wyndham hotel.

Perfect location for us. The tv didn’t work. The air conditioner wasn’t able to adjust temperature. There were a lot of flies in the room.

Just a simple motel. Clean and friendly. A/c works perfectly. Daily cleaning is provided. We needed extra towels and had no problem getting them. Phillip was always at the front counter and very helpful. Nice restaurant just steps away.

I brought a big group of 22 and rented 7 rooms, the rooms did not have pull-out couches as instructed on site, that was 1. One room has bedbugs and they refused to refund, one room had bullet hole in mirror and the door had been kicked in at one point in the past so didn't shut correctly, no maid service after 1st day, was overall a bad experience and I spoke with the front desk and manager to no resolution. DO NOT STAY WITH FAMILY OR BRING YOUR STUFF IN.

Sheets were stained and replacements weren't much better. Bathroom shower curtain had grimy stains and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. Of the four lamps, two works. Our key card kept messing up and we had to have it re-coded three times. We will never stay there again!!

I was told at check-in that i could have late check out, 12pm. At 11am, housekeeping started knocking and front desk called saying they dont have late checkout. The room had dead bugs in the floor. Cleaning was not thorough. Only one bath towel in the room.

It was kind of a mixed bag, the bed was soooo comfortable but two of our lights didn’t work. Tiny tiny toilets but it was super quiet and the ac was cold. The wifi was super fast even though every room was rented.

Older motel that needs lots of repairs. Was first put in a king “smoking” but I don’t smoke.. stunk bad! No light switch would turn on any lights. Was moved to a non-smoking room that was clean and had working lights. This place needs serious upgrading!

Property door held open with folded cardboard. Breakfast in tiny vending machine area. Property appeared unclean & run down. Property manager apologized for condition. We didn’t keep the reservation.
