Rodeway Inn Muskogee

Service was good, friendly staff. The English breakfast was packaged roll and coffee. But the worst was getting bit by fleas all over my back and I'm praying it was only fleas.

Have stayed here several times in the last couple of years. I came to Muskogee for my birthday. Stayed in room 102 . Did not use Fridge or Microwave but I have on stays before and they worked fine. Bed very comfortable . TV and expanded cable was nice as well.

The first room I was assigned was disgusting, I have never seen a room so nasty. It looked like pop beside the bed, floor was extremely dirty, bugs behind bed, flies in room, toliet seat broken, hardly no toliet paper, missing fire detector, mold on walls, tube look like blood stains, also it was a smoking room- nasty, comforter had burn holes all over, and I could go on forever. Philip at the front desk was really nice and professional and felt really bad. He gave me another room 100 times better but still felt gross sleeping here after the first room. I slept with my own blanket did not want to touch any of there sheets or blanket.

The place was filthy

I have stayed at this location several times within the last couple of years and I have always rested well and was very comfortable. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous and even remembers me from prior visits. The public areas and rooms are always very clean and presentable.

There were bugs crawling on the counter by the lavatory. The shower handle was broken so it could not be used. We did not find this out until the next morning. The manager was supposed to respond to us but never did.

In the morning awoke to find the bathroom vanity crawling with bugs, all over our tooth brushes and toiletries. Shower/tub would not turn on at all because the handle was broken. Desk clerk referred the matter to the manager who never called us. When I called him, he was unapologetic, unfriendly and did nothing to resolve the issue. The “breakfast” was laughable! Cereal but no milk and stale muffins. We normally stay at the Americas Best Value Inn next door but it was booked full. Avoid this Super 8!!

Arrived late at night, after 1/2 hr detour from Google maps, put us in a rough neighborhood. Room was not clean, no coffee supplies. Tub faucet ran all night. Front desk person said manager wont correct houskeeping , afraid they will quit or claim prejudice.

The front desk clerk didn't even come out of the office to talk face to face. There was a phone in the lobby area with directions to call of you needed assistance. When I called he said the system was down and he wasn't going to check me in. He did not try to problem solve an existing reservation just told me to go elsewhere. He was rude and sounded like he was sleeping when he picked up the phone.

Very nice personnel to deal with , Philip the night Manager will do anything to make your stay comfortable , always hot coffee in the office , they very good linen they do their own loundry and their towels are nice and absorbant. I always stay at Super 8 when I come to town which is in the fall and spring. You can always park your car right in front of your room which i like to very much. They give you daily room cleaning and laundry service. I never worry about someone stealing from my room, his people are all long term employees. Everyone always pleasant and eager to make your stay as comfortable as home
