Rodeway Inn Muskogee

Room smelled. Sheets and bedding old and very thin. Furnishings also old and in disrepair. Toilet seat was worn and scratched Breakfast consisted of two cereal dispensers. No bowls or even milk for the cereal. One coffee dispenser and it was empty upon check in. Also emptied into tiny cup upon checkout.

dirtiest place i have stayed in my life it was awful.

The room was. It clean, there was hair on the linen, the towels had stains. There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower which had a brown dingy stains as if it needed to be scrubbed. The sofa had disgusting stains and cigarette burns all over it. To top it off when I went to make coffee there was an old coffee bag still in the maker with mold growing. The only reason I stayed is because I checked in at 1am and had a funeral to attend within a few hours. So prayer got me through the night. To add I had to request an iron, when I went to use it, I added water which ran right out and none remained in the holder. I would never stay here again, and for $73 I expected better quality but apparently you have to spend more to stay away from situations like this. I would expect the price for this motel to be around $40…. I was tempted to take and share photos but I did not have the energy to argue.

Stayed Wed until Sat June 9th -12th. Fast check in, Very friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and there were no problems with anything at all. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and had everything needed, Microwave and fridge worked fine. TV with expanded cable was enjoyed quite a bit as well as the air conditioning with the arrival of the usual OK heat and humidity,

The rooms are kept in poor condition. There were layers of dust and debris under both the beds and couch. The sheets shows cigarette burns, despite being a non-smoking room the second time around (first room was smoking, then we requested a change, which I will say they were gracious to accommodate with no extra charge). The place does the sole purpose of shelter and personal hygiene maintenance. Standards are poor with this facility, sadly, even for the price of a standard room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were horrible, towels were not clean and we didn't have enough. I had to ask fir more. Bathroom door didn't close either.

Would leave ZERO stars if possible..... Booked a hotel room with super 8. Messaged them multiple times about what time we'd be there for check in and a few other things. When we got.to the hotel to check in they advised us that even though we used a credit card to reserve the room they gave our room away. So we are now stranded in town with no where to stay. Will NEVER stay here again and will tell as many people as I can to not stay here

Room not cleaned from previous guest. We found soda cans around toilet and dirty washclothes still hanging from the shower. Breakfast was supposed to be available but when looked first moring of 2 night stay at around 830a it wasnt out. 2nd morning was 1 cereal and some pastries but no milk or other beverages for said breakfast. Room small and tight between the 2 queen beds.

I selected this hotel based on the reviews that I read on Hotels.com. That was a mistake, I should have followed my gut feeling. This Motel is not run-down, it is WORN-OUT!! It is in need of a major makeover, if not a tear-down & rebuild. The clerk at check-in was cheerful & helpful, but when we went to our room, it was creepy - holes in the blanket, musty smell, evidence of putting lipstick on a pig! We went north a mile or 2 and spent about $20 more for a very nice option!!!
