Az ételek jók voltak, bőséges és finom.

Egy hetet töltöttünk a hotelben. A szálloda 4 csillagosként van feltüntetve, azonban véleményem szerint a valóság ezt sajnos nem tükrözi. A szoba állapota kifejezetten csalódást keltő volt: a függönyök koszosak voltak, hajszálakat találtunk a csapon és a padlón, a fürdőkád tisztasága és általános állapota pedig szintén hagyott kívánnivalót maga után. A napi takarítás nagyjából a törölközők cseréjére korlátozódott, érdemi tisztasági javulást nem tapasztaltunk. A kültéri napernyők állapota sem volt megfelelő, láthatóan régóta nem újították fel vagy cserélték őket. Az utolsó este ráadásul a szobánk felé tartva egy csótánnyal is találkoztunk a napozórész közelében, ami különösen kellemetlen élmény volt. Az étterem viszont pozitív benyomást tett ránk. Bár a reggeli minden nap szinte teljesen ugyanaz volt, az ételek ízletesek voltak. A vacsora választéka változatosnak bizonyult, és az ételek minőségével is elégedettek voltunk. Összességében a szálloda állapota és tisztasága nem felelt meg a 4 csillagos besorolással szemben támasztott elvárásainknak, ugyanakkor az étterem színvonala pozitívumként emelhető ki.

Easy access, very nice facilities all round some staff friendly others not so much but that’s anywhere would stay again. Close to the beach-ish great shops across the road

Was a cockroach first night had to call twice for someone to come up (I know that sound dramatic) that’s me clutching at straws though everything else can’t really think of a flaw, they sent someone up to my room but the cockroach went under the floor board so they gave us a spray for when it came back out so overall I feel it was handled great for something that couldn’t be avoided really.

I booked this hotel through Jet2 holidays and was due to go with my parents and 2 children 9 &6. Unfortunately my parents couldn't make it so travelled with my kids. You have to be up early to get a sun lounger as people put their towels down early, not my idea of a relaxing holiday so we just took whatever was left. On the 2nd day my daughter became very unwell and the usual painkillers didn't seem to be breaking her temperature and when she stood up she was dizzy. I called reception as I couldn't leave the room but my 6 year old still needed water & food. I explained the situation and they replied that they don't offer room service, again I said my youngest didn't have food or water but they reiterated their policy is they do not offer room service. Not one ounce of human compassion for a 6 year old but happy to take our money. We had the doctor out and I contacted Jet2 in the UK who told me that was the hotels policy and they couldn't influence that. Luckily I was contacted by Jet2 rep of the hotel Isabella who came to the room and saw the situation we were in and took my 6 year old for some food & juice and checked on us every day. As long as the hotel is filling its money coffers who cares what's happening to their guests eh. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, what an awful way to treat your guests.

Le all inclusive sans l’être complètement car pour les boissons, nous n’avions le choix que sur certains cocktails pour les autres il fallait rajouter de 1,5 à 4€ par cocktail ou autre…les cocktails inclus sont extrêmement sucrés
