Staff are excellent. Very courteous and always helpful. We love this hotel and have stayed here a few times.

We have stayed here several times.We feel the standard of the evening meals has slipped quite a bit. It wouldn't stop us going here again. We will just do breakfast. Not all inclusive or half board. The pool area got quite dirty .food and drink utensils left lying around this definitely needs to be attended too.

"Nice, but not great"

The location was ok. The room was spacious. The food was varied and you could pick from a lot of things.

Some features in the room didn’t work and the reception said it’s normal. The cleaning staff didn’t change the bed sheets in a week and didn’t change the towels even if we put them on the floor. The sun beds in the pool area weren’t enough for all the people in the hotel. The bathrooms in the restaurant area weren’t ventilated and there was always a bad smell. Noise on the hallways after 11pm.
