El personal teniendo en cuenta que el hotel se encuentra en Tenerife (España) tanto gente de animación,recepción y algún camarero hablaban inglés o italiano y no sabían español a la hora de comunicarse conmigo era en inglés y le decía que español y se quedaban pensando porque no sabían español. A la llegada al hotel la recepcionista no nos explicó como iba a el todo incluido porque no era como tal todo incluido solo las 3 comidas principales y ya luego el snak del bar y resto era pagando cosa que no explicó

Mivel többször voltam már ott, tetszett a felszereltség, az ételek választéka és minősége, ami ezúttal sem okozott csalódást, azonban a szobai kilátás, ami egy építési teruletre nèzett, illetve az angol szomszédaink hangoskodása némiképp árnyalta a hangulatot.

We read plenty of positive reviews before booking, with most people simply mentioning that the hotel was “a little dated” — unfortunately our experience was far more disappointing than expected. From the moment we arrived, things didn’t start well. Check-in was incredibly slow and our room wasn't ready. After waiting over two hours and returning later, we then spent another 20 minutes queuing just to collect the key. At first glance the room looked spacious, with twin beds and a sofa bed for my son, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues quickly became obvious. We found hair on the bedsheets, dusty sockets, several plugs that didn’t work, dirty glasses, dust and hair on the sofa bed cushions, and even what looked like toothpaste splatter on the bathroom door. The patio door barely opened unless lifted, and there was no WiFi signal in the room at all. The food was decent enough with plenty of choice, although clearer signage at dinner would have helped. One positive throughout the stay was the staff in the restaurant and piano bar, who were always polite and welcoming. Sadly, the maintenance issues extended across the hotel. Around the pool there were broken sun loungers, damaged umbrellas, and lifting flooring, so we ended up spending most of our holiday at the beach instead. Even the communal toilets were in poor condition, with leaking pipework and hand dryers hanging off the walls. This hotel is desperately in need of a major refurbishment and in our opinion falls far short of a 4-star standard. Having stayed in many 4-star hotels on the island before, this was easily the most disappointing. Sadly, we wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The animacion team were amazing with my little girl throughout the holiday. She loved the kids club and spent every day there. Maitane, Dario, and Mattia were friendly around the resort and really good with the kids (and adults) . The food was nice and a different theme every night for tea. Our room was abit dark due to it being on the ground floor but comfy and the maids were lovely. Overall a nice stay at the jacaranda

Готель непоганий, якщо у вас немає очікувань. Номер на фото і вживу відрізняється, номер трохи "поживший", старі меблі, ліжко скрипить. У номері є чайник пару пакетиків чаю з кавою, але доведеться додатково заплатити аби вам попповнили їх запаси. Їжа різноманітна, кожен день нова тематика (рибний вечір, вок бокси, фонтани з шоколадом та інше). Басейн з ледь теплою водою, для рушників можна заплатити депозит в 10 евро на рушник, депозит повернуть після повернення рушників. Є деякі денні та вечірні програми для розваг. Цей готель підходить для поїздок - не дешево і сердито, бо вартість не виправдовує сервіс.

Ми приїхали і нас зустрів тараган в номері, на ресепшені нам не змінили номер і сказали що можуть прислати персонал щоб вони обробили номер спреем та зробили прибирання. Персонал просто приніс нам спрей і пішов, прибирання не робили. Брали пансіон, але напої не входять у вартість, тому на вечерю довелось платити окремо на напої при виселенні. Прибирання у кімнаті фактично не було, застелили ліжко і все, тому у номері ставало брудніше кожен день.

la bañera...una pasada, felicidades y las piscinas muy wapas todas...... las camas me encantaron super comodas y amplias, yo soy un tikis mikis con el tema de las almohadas, pero estas estan muuuuuuy bien, lastima lo que describo abajo

no le he puesto mas nota a causa de los silloncitos individuales que nos pusieron en la habitación, en las fotos salia un sofá cama y cuando llegamos eran esos silloncitos individuales muy incómodos que no sirven para nada, fui con mi pareja y si nos apetecía sentarnos juntos simplemente a ver la tv o conversar dentro de la habitación y relajarte un poco teníamos que hacerlo o bien acostados en la cama o de pie, esos sillones individuales no sirven, muy modernos, muy bonitos pero poco útiles,ahí la gente grande no cabe, yo quería un sofá cama como salen en las fotos, parece una tontería mi opinión pero no lo es. por qué las quitaron???? luego faltan mantas o una ropita mas de cama, nos tocó un finde lamentablemente lluvioso y con temperatura fresquita y no había una mantita que coger, no tengo por que pedirla en recepción a las 12 de la noche debe estar en la habitación por defecto igual que una sabana extra y una almohada mas todo esto es a mejorar luego la mini nevera.....no enfría , le falta una zona de congelador para poner unas cervecitas y no esperar 3 días a que enfríen, fatal
