It’s close to Knotts. The cleanliness was ehh.. could see spots on floor. Rust in metal I’m bathroom and dark ground in dirt on the floor mat in shower. Very very loud too. Every door every hour or so could hear slam much louder than normal. Some employees of that place or one of the couple paces close were outside crazy loud laughing at 2am. Called front desk and the guy went outside and had them get quiet which was great. Blankets were more different thickness of sheets. Overall wasn’t bad but a little pricey for the room. Feel like the price is the location only. Overall probably would pay little more elsewhere for a better nights rest.
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The total opposite of what I experienced here 8 months ago. Put me in a different area than before.
The hotel is next to knotts berry farm. This is my second time staying here. Front desk was awesome. Great customer service!!! I will be staying here next year again
My husband woke up to a cockroach on him. We only found the one. The bathroom had black hair on the floor while my family is all brunette and blond. We told the office and they gave us a 10% refund. Breakfast was toast and coffee.
I mean I cancel my reservation but how come they charge me on my credit card
This place is our “go to” hotel when we go to Knotts. It’s so close to the theme park and there are a lot of places to shop and eat nearby. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and they always exceed our expectations. With this being said; this is a no frills place. It’s a bit older so it’s not always pristine and the WiFi is super slow, but it’s a roof over your head, has friendly service, and is very affordable.

It's right across the street from Knott's Berry Farm, next to Medieval Times, close to shopping and lots of restaurants. It's clean, and the front desk staff are very nice.
The location was the only good thing about this property, within walking distance to knott's. There were cockroaches found in both our rooms. The breakfast had little choices.
Booking was very fast and easy. The breakfast can be a lot better than what the offer.
