They said they're in the process of upgrading furniture. They need to, and they need to clean the tile floors better. The continental breakfast is just toast (butter or jelly) or cereal. No bagels or cream cheese or anything else. Disappointing. This place has great potential and it is a very short walk to Knott's Berry Farm. The manager on duty has himself convinced that if they invest a lot and upgrade it they won't attract higher prices because that's not the kind of clientele that look to stay in the area (1/4 mile from Knott's Berry Farm???). The beds were comfortable for me, but my family thought they were hard. They were, but I like them firm. They seem to be replacing mattresses - I'm not sure if we got the old one or one of the new ones. We found two dead cockroaches total during our four days. That can happen and it's not their fault, but it just sort of added to the feeling that we were in a lower-end hotel. If you want a crash pad and a room that's not at all elegant, it is a great value! If you want something a little nicer there are other options. Previously we stayed at the Knott's Berry Farm hotel and it was adequate - maybe a 3 star rating compared to the 2 stars that I'm giving this place overall. We would stay here again if price was a driver, but we'd shell out an extra $30 or more/night for something nicer.

We stayed three nights. Housekeeping never entered our room. The breakfast spread was a joke. The construction was disruptive as hell. We booked a king size bed and upon check in was told “you don’t want that!” We’d stayed there before but won’t book again.

This property was older but clean. Great location. The only down fall was the paper thin old walls. You hear every noise from your neighbors and every step from the room above you. If you on the top story you’ll probably be ok.

Big car park, easy check in, was able to get in early, room was spacious and tidy, free coffee and cereal for breakfast, felt safe and was super close to knots berry farm and disneyland

Clean everything worked. Only one door on closet. No draws, thought i was at Knotts with cubes(open). They are remoleding

Super noisy ! Me and my daughter couldn’t sleep . Partying on a Friday. At 12 midnight and slamming doors . It was awful. Area was fine . It was clean .

We chose this motel because the photos looked nice and they had a hot tub. We were put on a floor undergoing renovation so everything was dusty and there were room items all over. We inquired at the front desk about the hours we could use the hot tub, bonus points for being 24 hours but when we got in the tub was luke warm/cold and the jets didn’t work. The kids did a quick ice dip in the pool and we went back to our room. One of the boys took a shower and the only temperature available was scolding hot. We attempted to call down to the front desk and the phone was dead. The breakfast was fine but the orange juice tasted like tang.

Very spartan, no comfort features in the room, just the basics. Bed, desk, chair, bare floors, overhead lights. But it did have a refrigerator and microwave.
