One word! Disgusting!!

It was super dirty loud people lived there loud music unbelievable wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone

This property was in poor condition with trash in the hallways and people visiting/children playing in the hallways. The desk clerk offered to show us the room before we decided to stay the night. That was very nice of him but alerted us that we would likely not choose to stay.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is in pretty rough shape. It is very convenient for Knott's, just a couple blocks walk.

This place should be shut down. It’s a total crap hole. The room was filthy. Holes in the walls. Reminded me of something you would see portrayed as a crack infested motel in movies. Empty roll of toilet paper next to the toilet with poop in it. No shower curtain or towels. Everything had a cig hole in it. Smoke alarm missing. Absolutely no amenities ( hair dryer, Iron, etc. nothing). Hairs on pillows and towels. Outside covered in trash. Loud ass kids running through out the property. 10 year old smoking a puff stick. A 3 year old peeing off the second floor trying to hit people while screaming “look at my pee pee”. Manager didn’t really seemed to care nor did he do anything to stop it. No one supervising the kids cause the are all around a van in the parking lot drinking. Absolute yuck vill.

We have stayed at this location so many times without any problems and have always loved the staff, hotel, and location but we could not stay this time and luckily they were nice and gave us our money back. The room had marks and writing on the walls, the toilet seat was really bad with glitter glue on it, there was a hole in the wall, and when I wiped everything down with sanitizing wipes, they came out brown. The parking lot was trashed and there was a kid waving around a pooper scooper near the cars and no adult tried to stop him. The hallways were littered with food and trash, unsupervised kids ran around all over throwing things, screaming at the top of their lungs, and sat right outside our door screaming a song for a good 30 minutes before someone told them to stop. Not one person or child other than the front desk clerk wore a mask. The deciding factor that made me leave was when a group of grown women were standing taking up the whole hallway without masks eating cake and one of them started flicking the cake on the carpet with her fork. Not one of those women acted like that wasn’t normal. When we wanted to go by, they barely moved for us. When I complained and then went back to my room, someone hit my door very hard in retaliation. I’m so thankful they gave me my money back but it’s so sad the place has gotten overrun by very disrespectful families. In a time of COVID, every place should be taking better care of sanitization and ensuring their customers are safe

The Indians took over,trashed the place and let their kids run a muck yelling and screaming all night.

First the worker was a little rude ask him a question and didn’t even look at us or answer or question and for the deposit They charge me I never got it back the room look messy the bath room look like it hasnt been clean and the towel look dirty over all very upsetting
