Hotel is very run down, full of homeless people. Inside the room was not clean, neighbors smoking weed all night, other neighbors dog barking all night. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable.

It was horrible. It smelled. The beds were made of metal, loud & uncomfortable. We left before midnight because the people in the other rooms were so loud we couldn’t sleep. It was my daughters birthday to top it off. Also when I went to complain the man walk away from me (middle of the night)! Left me alone, I had to rush him back my family was in the car waiting! The point of the trip was to check in, go to knotts scary farm and crash for the night. Wake up in the morning check out and go have breakfast and be home. Instead, it ruined my daughters birthday and was a waste of time and money. Not to mention there were a lot of people on drugs walking around the whole time asking people for things. We felt very unsafe there, so much my wife insisted we left early. The man insisted on not giving my money back as well. I felt helpless and furious. No body messes with my family’s money I have a new born I can’t afford to waste money like this. Please help get my reembursment back I believe it was $150 my family would greatly appreciate that also I would love to recommended this app to friends if you would just help make this right

Worst hotel ever, I waited for more than 2 hrs bc they didn't have my reservation. I spent 2 hrs in the phone talking with Expedia, and the hotel. The room was dirty, bed with stains, towels full of hair, and a bad smell

The only good thing is the location because it really is about a 5 minute walk to Knotts Berry Farm. This place is disgusting inside and out. They charged me even though I had already paid Expedia. They didn't just get my card for "in case" and wouldn't answer when Expedia called so I have to dispute the charge. Everything was literally stained, torn linens, no hand towels, hairs on floor, dresser had no drawers, reeked of cigarettes, homeless outside, staff banging garbage cans at 6am. So loud, people still partying at 5am when we had to get up for the airport (no sleep for me). Pool looked gross too. Absolutely awful.

Never stay here. We didn't expect much but it was beyond awful. There was dried blood on the shower curtain. The deadbolt was broken. The security chain didn't latch. The walls are paper thin. The hair dryer was broken and there was dried urine spatter on the bathroom floor. The saving grace of the one night stay was seeing housekeeping actually stripping beds the next morning and the staff were friendly.That was overun though by the many homeless sleeping in the parking lot just outside the main entry.

My family has stayed several times at this hotel prior to 2020 and the new owner as it’s walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm. The hotel has become so run down, dirty, smelly, and just disgusting. There was busted/missing locks on the hotel door. Families living there and letting their children run around yelling late at night. It’s become an apartment complex more then a hotel. There was no coffee or any kind of breakfast offered, not even a coffee pot in the room or lobby.

Between the hours of 10 PM and 1 PM PM there were children running around the halls screaming unintended by parents When I went to the front desk to complain They told me they would take care of it it never happened The next morning when I was going to check out I asked to speak to the owner And he wasn't there the desktop threw me a sticky note and a pin and said write your complaint down here When when this was the roadway Inn at Knott's main gate We stayed here on many occasions throughout the yearsI will never again go back to this hotelAnd I would recommend that you stay away alsoThis is not only a motel now. They are renting out rooms like apartments not a motel.
