Super 8 by Wyndham Spartanburg/I-26 Exit 22

The reservation I made on Expedia was for 2 queen beds and specifically looked for pet friendly. Check in was great altho when I went to the room, it was 1 queen and a very small couch. I went back to the front desk and the clerk did find me room, however, it smelled badly of smoke ( altho it was a non-smoking room.) The clerk said she didn't have anything else and sprayed in the room. (it didn't help) The floor was dirty, there were no bath towels, which I did go back to the clerk and she got me bath towels. The real problem was the noise from people in/out of the back door which they propped and I closed it once but did not feel safe. People yelling at each other from the adjoining room. It was not a restful night. The location was good with restaurants close and front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.

The most disgusting place I have ever seen! Blankets with cigarette burn holes, bugs, evidence of electrical fire, no hair dryer. Coffee machine or refrigerator as advertised. Pictures online ARE NOT of this hotel. Had to change rooms & the 2nd was as bad as the 1st. Floors were so dirty had to wear socks which were filthy in the am. Cracked walls, broken dresser drawers, shower head not working, exposed light and electrical sockets, mold, missing door handles $80 - what a joke. Calling fire Marshall, health dept & BBB!

The room was not "dirty", although t looked like the (relatively) new linoleum floor had not been swept. The hallway was very littered and there were lots of liquid spills, looked like it had not been mopped that day. The accessories in the bathroom had not been reattached to the wall correctly. Paint spatter was everywhere. There is no counter in the bathroom to place toiletries. The furniture was vert dented and scratched. The corner floor lamp needs a light bulb. The bathroom was clean, and the bedsheets were clean. No soap or shampoo supplied. Free breakfast was advertised, and when we got there, the clerk said there would be waffles, gites, cereal, coffee, etc. But the next morning there was nothing but cereal, not even any coffee!! Thank goodness Denny's was within walking distance. And even though my reservation through Expedia did not appear in their computer, the clerk was very accommodating and took care of us and gave us a room (but not at the discounted Expedia price).

This property needs to be completely updated. Additionally the room was dirty and some of the light switches didn’t work.

We had a non-smoking room, yet the room smelled of cigarettes. The shower curtain had a cigarette burn in it, our comforters and blankets both had singe marks on them. The continental breakfast was sparse. We complained about our bedding and the staff brought us replacements immediately and apologized. It was a decent room for the price. It was very affordable for a last minute booking on a Friday night, wgen we were too tired to keep driving.

This hotel was dirty and the whole experience was not enjoyable. I slept in my clothes with a hoody over head because did not know if bugs would get on me. If it had not been so late and driving most of the day would of went some place else.

not a bad hotel but they can do better my room had a leak in the ceiling from the raining told somebody downstairs they said they were sending somebody up no one never came they took $25 off but I think they could have did better

Room had a very strong odor of mold & mildew. There was mold growing on a cloth chair. Bathroom had chocolate wrappers from previous guests stuck to the wall. Front desk attendant was very polite and professional. Grossly under staffed, seemed to me.

Booked a reservation drove 6 hours and they could not find our reservation! Paid $416 for no room. Hotel. Com took two hours to find our reservations! Wouldn’t have stayed at the place even if they had a room. This is a place people rent by the week and live there. Poorest place I have seen. Looks like a place people st as y to do their drugs! Terrible 😣
