I accidentally left my mobile charger and when I called the following day, they had it ready for my son to pick it up Room met my expectations. Clean, nice shower, great location courteous front desk bus Q69 stop a block away from hotel which connected to Metro M line in less than 10 min to get you fast to Manhattan.

the carpet in the hall floor too worn out, I didn't know there was breakfast included TV so-so (not very good resolution) a bit overpriced, I believe due to closeness to New Year's Eve. I just went to NY for work not to spend it at Times Square

A dir poco agghiacciante! Camera sporca, pavimento e tappeto pieni di capelli! Doccia in pessime condizioni. Lenzuoli, federe, asciugamani macchiati con capelli e peli ovunque. Nella camera non c'erano coperte nel letto, solo un lenzuolo. Riscaldamento troppo rumoroso. Odore di fumo in tutti i luoghi comuni. Colazione prevista e compresa nel prezzo ma non offerta. Esperienza terrificante.
