Free onsite parking. Located near a good restaurant & grocery store with plenty of free parking. Free parking is very rare in NYC.

My room was not cleaned. I had to ask housekeeping for clean towels and to empty trash cans. The desk clerk that checked us in was rather gruff and unfriendly.
