The room was bad the bathroom ceiling was leaking all over I went to the reception to change the room. He was very disrespectful and rude. he said that he doesn’t have any available rooms.

Well located

Dear Sir, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your receptionist on November 8th at morning and at night. Unfortunately, the treatment directed at my family and two other clients was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The receptionist treated us very poorly, demonstrating a lack of courtesy, respect, and willingness to assist. Such behavior not only creates a negative impression of your establishment but also causes discomfort to clients who expect to be treated with dignity and professionalism. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately to ensure that similar situations do not occur again. Estás en buena ubicación y no hay mucho ruido

El cuarto tenía mal olor a cigarrillo y soy alérgica por tanto no pude dormir bien el mal olor estaba en la cama y las sábana y no tiene lavador y el desayuno es café o jugo con una barra de granola.
