Breakfast was good and service could not be faulted.

The pool water was a little warm

Clean and very comfortable. The service by the front desk staff was excellent, The Japanese male staff member who greet us went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.Cleaning staff were great

The Bar staff especially at the pool were less then friendly, the staff at the main bar would not make us drinks to have around the pool as they had no plastic cups and no attempts to get any.

Food was ok

Having to move rooms during stay toilet seats in both rooms were loose or incorrect toilet seat leaking taps also mould on roof, having to argue with staff over free cocktail voucher supplied by managment not able to get meals in resturant in a timely manner.

The service was excellent The beds were so comfortable And the pools were amazing

we stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, which was amazing, the resort itself was beautiful but unfortunately the food was terrible in both the restaurant and the lagoon dining. The breakfast took agers and agers just to get served, then a long wait to receive the meal.I notice some people getting up and leaving due to tried of the wait

Service could have been better. Staff were very slow, and pool bar wasn't open for long enough. No service around pool area.
