Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa

3 nights in a high floor apartment facing the pool. Clean, spacious, and luxurious. The top floor had a grill and jacuzzi. Wished we'd stayed longer; it was superb. The separate bedroom and bathroom were great. The photos do not do it justice. The whole resort is cared for, and the swimming pools were wonderful to relax at, with access directly to the beach. The breakfast was a'la'carte and tasted delicious. Excellent choices in a lovely seating area that was quiet. The staff from beginning to the end were exemplary and made us extremely welcome. I appreciated their support and consideration. Top place, and we intend to return soon. Short distance to main beach area. Parking looked extremely convenient. Best wishes to all.

Pools and gardens excellent. Location next to beach and short walk to town. Staff friendly. Nice pool bar area. Wifi terrible, room serviced daily but floor not vacuumed in 8 days we stayed and dusting was none existent.

The room was great

The staff alter having spent the week at Pullman in port Douglas coming to Pullman palm cove was completely different the staff were absolutely shocking. The bar staff member down at the pool was extremely rude And left my husband waiting 20 mins to order when he was down at the bar . While he just stared at the floor doing nothing and then went to double charge and add the drink twice he then got told off The same story with breaky shocking service And the room cleaning was terrible we came back to mess and no stock up on kitchen supplies

We booked a rooftop 2 bedroom penthouse which was excellent and well worth the cost. We came up with a group of friends and had a wonderful time at the resort using the facilities and love the pools they had there. There was underground security parking which was also very handy. We had dinner on the rooftop bbq a few times which was very handy. We look forward to next stay when we can find time. Thanks again the team from the friendly Sea Temple Pullman Palm Cove.

Stayed for a week here and enjoyed the experience. Location ,staff and facilities were all up there .From the desk staff to the cleaners and gardeners ,everyone was friendly and efficient doing their jobs well and making for an enjoyable stay. Thanks to Megan for generous compensation due to a spa pool part failure that meant we were unable to use the one on our rooftop.
