Great Stay! Loved the pools and cocktails, breakfast was a nice a la carte option so prepared fresh each day which we prefer over buffet.

Great unit, room not ready until 3.45 despite 3pm check in. Amazing facility unfortunately site needs to invest more in ground & building maintenance. Outside starting to look a little tired

The ability to check in online prior to arrival is the only positive about this hotel.

In comparing similar star hotels within the region the Pullman Palm Cove is poor value for money, has far inferior facilities, uninspiring staff, a complete failure to support guests by policing pools and facilities to allow all guest comfort as opposed to ignoring families who fail to follow posted directions and shockingly meal/breakfast options.

Let's start with the positives - great location, friendly and helpful staff, awesome pool area and my wife enjoyed the Day Spa. The real issue is with the room - it lacks those extras to make it whatever star it claims to be...Our room had internet that had its moments, a fridge with 3 legs that rocked and a door that would not close (ice box not defrosted), no extractor fan in the bathroom - I know you might think all small things but added together over the 7 days holiday and the money you are paying it was not good enough. Breakfast was good, but after having bar snacks for lunch on our 1st day chose to eat in Palm Cove where there are better options.

Stunning location and pool outdoor eating area. Visited for lunch. Ordered Grilled Barramundi chips and salad $38 and chicken caesar salad. $28. Ordered from pool bar area. Small portions. Barramundi was very small with little flavour. Chips greasy and no flavour. Salad with no dressing and poor produce. Ceaser very little lettuce. No egg and little cheese. Very disappointed as have previously had wonderful meals. Thanked bar staff when leaving table with no response as the two males continued their conversation with each other ignoring or not hearing my gesture of thanks. Not busy just not interested Unsatisfactory food and service.

This place was good, the beds were so big and comfy, it was big, clean (other than a weird smell in our room but we knew it was because of being near the ocean and staff came to help sort it), there was a spa bath, facilities were good, great pool area. Fantastic location.

Smell in the room and some damage to parts of the room from them being older but that’s fine. Staff came up and helped manage the smell in the room.

I was not told that one of the pools was closed and the manager said I could get $200 back because I was supposed to be told and that never happened.

Hotel is located on beachfront, very smoky in due to people having fires on the beach. Breakfast was extremely disappointing- rude staff, felt very uninviting. Food was terrible- poached eggs rock hard on the inside and tasted like vinegar, iced coffee was served black. Recommend looking at other options.
