"Did not stay. Currently trying to get my money refunded"

Rooms were advertised as non-smoking; they were not. They reeked. Was not able to stay because of the overpowering cigarette odor in the rooms. Opened the door, then closed it and left. We did not even take our bags in. Informed management who partially refunded one room minus a a cleaning fee. Trying to get a refund for the other two rooms. Management claims since they were booked through a third-party site, he can not refund.

Sheets were stained, TV barely worked, Tub drain was broken and I had to use a plastic spoon to keep it open so it would drain. Not to mention the god awful sound from the AC unit and smell of cig smoke

"Safe, clean room, all the rest needs a good scrubbing."

The room was newly refurbished and very nicely done for a family hotel. Not "luxury," but very nice. The bedding was very nice, good sheets and pillows. The room, itself, was very clean.

The exterior is extremely grungy. The whole place needs to be power washed and repainted. The room for the ice maker is gross and there was no ice bucket available. The breakfast bar was sufficient but not nice. The parking lot was also grungy, could use a power washing too.

Mostly different kinds of bread: toast, waffles, small muffins etc. Only fruit was bananas.

Price too much for what was delivered. I wouldn't stay there again.

"Disappointing room for the high rate"

Location

Stained facecloth/3 clothes hangers and one of them was broken. Couldn't use hairdryer. Plug at mirror didn't work and dryer is attached to the wall. Mirror was hanging all crooked because nail was missing on wall. Pulled out tv stand to plug in curling iron. Pretty sure it's never been dusted back there. Frexh fries in the air conditioner. When I spoke to manager, he was walking away from me as I was speaking. Rate was waaaaaay too high for outdated, unkempt room. Will not stay there again
