Hilton Saint Augustine Historic Bayfront

The hotel was beautifully decorated to befit the Nites of Lites festivities. The courtyard was gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and professional. One staff member, front desk clerk Gabriel, went above and beyond. We were visiting with a bus tour and decided not to join the group in afternoon activities but had to meet them at the restaurant later. We asked Gabriel to get a taxi for us, and he explained that the taxi may not arrive in time, so he ordered an Uber on his account. Of course, we reimbursed him for the fare, the Uber arrived in plenty of time to meet our group for dinner. This young man certainly went above and beyond his duties and responsibilities!

We live in St Augustine and frequently eat at the Aviles Restaurant. Shiraz and the rest of the team always do an excellent job serving us. The restaurant, front entrance & desk area all look great since the renovations have been finished. There are a few things we would like to see though. 1. We, at least 3-4 couples, are big fans of Pasta Night and like to see it return to your offering. 2. My wife and her friends Christine and Judy would like to see the old recipe for crab cakes return as well as the salsa that it was prepared with. 3. There used to be some beef short ribs on the Starters menu as well. We would like to see that back as well.

The hotel is great and in the best location in St Augustine. They have fabulous lights for Christmas! The staff and the breakfast does not disappoint.

Hilton Bayfront St. Augustine is the perfect location to enjoy Nights of Lights. Park your car and walk everywhere. They even have a lift to take you to the street behind if you need to use a walker or wheelchair!

We did have an issue with air conditioner but property addressed and fixed it promptly.

Bayfront view with a balcony was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The Christmas decorations were outstanding.

Wow! First time staying at this resort and I tell you what, I want to return. First and foremost, Beverly at the front desk was amazing and wonderful. Faith was also at the front desk. They work great together. Very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Had a little issue with the shower door but resolved quickly so thank you to the maintenance person that took care of us. This is not meant to be a negative thing but how quickly they took care of it. My wife, father-in-law and mother-in-law enjoyed it very much. Location amazing. The outside of the hotel well decorated for the season and very nice. The noise level was not a bother. Even though it was busy out with all the lights. We will return and stay here for sure. Thanks again to Beverly for being so amazing and wonderful.

I don't write many reviews, but I felt that in this case there were two individuals that deserved recognition for service that was way above and beyond the standard good service I normally get at Hilton. We had trouble with our travel schedule which could have caused significant problems with the trip, Faith and Jeo helped smooth out the rough patch and our trip went off without a hitch. The hotel is older, and has typical boutique hotel quirks and in the process of being updated, so not perfect, but very well kept. The location is awesome and the amenities (work-out are and Pool) are nice. I would defiantly stay there again. I would have given a 4 star review, but because of the attentiveness of the all the Staff, in particular Faith and Jeo, it bumped to a 5.

Location and decoration for the holiday is amazing. Front desk staff great. We ate dinner here due to all the restaurants near by have long waits. It took a long time to get drinks and food. It was very expensive with limited menu. Food came cold and honestly $60 for steak and fries and $30 for chicken and Lima bean mixed veggies is not a good value. We had free breakfast but unable to use as the breakfast ended at 10. Recommend extending during weekends with check out being at 11.

Excellent location. Very nice property. Renovations ongoing, but did not at all interrupt our vacation. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast great! It is a small hotel with a boutique vibe.
