Amazing customer service provided by Beverly,JEO and Gabriel at the front desk. Dion, the valet and Ana and Karen are breakfast servers. Thanks so much for making our experience fun and seamless. Definitely be back again next year.

The property was beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. Our room had a large balcony and a wonderful view of the bridge of lions. I used an office chair that was at a desk in the room to sit in front of the window and people watch. Also enjoyed the balcony in the morning. The rocking chairs were nice. The shower was ok except you had to get wet turning on the water lol. The toilet was loose from the floor but that’s my only concern. Everything else was very nice. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar in the main hotel area but the lobby was gorgeous. The valet parking was a nice addition as well since parking in that area can be tricky. We’d definitely stay here again!!

There’s nothing we didn’t like!

Our children gave my wife a special birthday gift of a two night's stay in St Augustine Florida. The timing was perfect since this was the start of the city's Holiday Festival of Lights displays. Even better ... they picked the Hilton Historic Bayfront Hotel which was in the best place to experience everything. The hotel had underground valet parking which was very convenient. We had a beautiful king bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool and the entire waterfront. Each morning, we could sit enjoy a cup of coffee as the city came alive. The staff was great. Beverly helped us navigate the very convenient trolly service which showed us the history of the city from 1558 to today. The hotel even provided a live Grinch one night.... I was able to take a fun picture with the Big Green One and my wife. Would highly recommend this property if you are planning a vacation in St. Augustine!

Great experience to be in town with a prime room for the annual lights switch on. The best experience came from Faith on Reception whose friendly, attentive, polite , nothing too much trouble customer service shone out for my wife and I as a highlight. She made our stay at the Hilton Historic Bayfront. We wish her well in her career.

We came for a wedding and have had nothing but excellent service. The front desk helped me out with some issues that I created., lol. The atmosphere and experience is fantastic. Everyone is so helpful. And the location is great. So many things to walk to. Don’t really even need a car.

My husband and I stayed for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodations were fantastic. The staff was exceptional. We enjoyed the restaurant at breakfast (so yummy) and in the evening for a little dessert and a night cap. Thank you to the entire staff for welcoming us and making us feel like family. Celebrating our 25th anniversary could not have been any better!

The location cannot be bettered. Just steps from everything. Very nice breakfast, though there are cheaper options closeby. The hotel has recently undergone some renovation which is noticeable in the lobby area. However, it was disappointing that having spent over $300 per night the room had mismatched furniture, chairs which were very dirty and shabby and cardboard wedges under furniture legs. We like to use the pool and spa, however the spa was so hot you could not even put your hand by the jets so we couldn't use. Pool paving could do with some repair in places. Parking us $40 per night, but parking can be an issue, so this is a great option. There is a city parking garage, but it is quite a walk away.
