Didn’t clean the room had to get towels, toilet paper and anything else that was needed. The staff were rude at the desk and the lady who checked me in had a bad attitude.

Toilet seat was broken, shower drained slowly, Toilet was leaking on floor.

Everything went well check in person could of been a little more friendly but she was ok

Quiet- nice staff friendly and very helpful

Could be updated but it is clean

The room size was good. I didn't appreciate how the heat lamp was cut off and I felt like there wasn't enough lighting in the bathroom. The stopper for the bathtub didn't work either. The staff was very friendly so no issues there. I did not look at the pool so I cannot say how that was. They didn't have a store only vending machines which was a disappointment. Definitely having a store with a few snack items helps, especially since a lot of people don't carry cash anymore and you can just charge it to the room. The room was clean but there wasn't an outlet close to the desk. Most hotels I have stayed at have outlets on the desk lamps. I never wake up early enough for the free breakfast. All in all this wasn't a bad place to stay for the price.

I was initially charged 4 times for the room then rejected for insufficient funds. Their excuse was they had a glitch. I had to be somewhere so they said they would call me. When they called me. They told me to get there immediately to check in. I explained i was working and waiting for the health dept. I gave them my rearriival time. They then had the manager call me to harrass and say the same thing. Upon arrival again they were borderline Harrasing. I was too tired. Told them to just check me in so I can sleep at it was past 11pm and I had to be up at 5.30. They then started vacuuming the hall in front of mu door at 4.30 on the morning. They had someone above us that was pacing all night and throwing or dropping things. The next day I tried the pool. The steps in were waaay to slimy that o couldn't even enjoy the amenities. I walked by the desk in the morning and said have a nice day and they said oh you're checking out? I said no I already paid for 3 days I will be here for those 3 days. Wtf?

Hotels was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Water pressure was great. Air conditioner worked great. Lady who checked us in Saturday evening was very nice and friendly.

Room smelled a little funny, like maybe a dog had stay there before. Smell wasn’t really strong, just very noticeable when you first walked in the room. Toilet paper holder was missing the end piece that should have screwed on to keep the toilet paper on, so the toilet paper kept falling off, which was a little irritating.
