Quality Inn Plainfield I-395

Room, bedding and bathroom were clean and spacious. Surprised with how quiet the room was, did not hear highway traffic at all. Breakfast was simple; it was just enough to get us back on the road to our next destination.

The rooms are nice. The staff is very polite and their if you need anything. If i need to stay again in the area i will definitely stay here.

They charged me an extra $100.00. When I submitted my needs to you, I included the dog. So that should have been included in my price from you. I expect the final total from you. They only had one ice machine on a different floor. We ran out of toilet paper our first night there. The shower water was luke warm. The only eatable things for breakfast were orange juice and yogurt. The man at the desk was angry looking, never smiled once, was half frightening in his stare. For $637.00, I felt taken, never again.

The hotel needs updating.

After the front desk person rudely told me that Expedia had supposedly booked 2 rooms under my name, despite me having a regular confirmation email for one room, she told me I had to contact Expedia because the hotel could be charged fees if there was a mistake in the booking and that she "couldn't check me in" until I did. She finally agreed to check us in after going back and forth about the fact that there were no issues on my end and as far as I knew I had a prepaid room already booked--- but she also let us know about a hidden extra fee if you have a dog with you (there was nothing about this when I booked the room). When I saw the state of the room--- dirty, hair in the bathroom, a broken fan in the bathroom with exposed wiring, a horrible smell, and filthy wall to wall carpet --- my family and I decided to just leave and check out immediately and asked for a refund, as we had not stayed there at all. The hotel refused to answer Expedia's calls and 3 days later I found out they refused to refund us at all. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. NEVER STAY HERE

The staff was courteous, however the hotel was very old and dirty. While the Bathroom was clean, the carpet was filthy, and I was afraid to put my feet down on the floor. Even though the breakfast was free, my husband, who has low standards for food refused to eat there and we went to McDonald’s.

Didn’t clean the room had to get towels, toilet paper and anything else that was needed. The staff were rude at the desk and the lady who checked me in had a bad attitude.
