It’s pretty with the green ivy plant that grows all up and around the lobby, and the staff was pleasant and helpful

No hot water for shower, just slightly warm

Not much. Sketchy people in and out like they live there. Reeked of pot not that I’m against it but people smoking it at the front door and walking by it is a bit of bad business.

Never saw the person at the desk. Waited atleast 10 mins in the lobby desk area waiting and went periodically for atleast an hour that night cause my key stopped working. Irritating

It was ok. Bed was very comfortable. But no hot water to shower. Luke warm at best.

Lady at the desk was very rude,

Even though it was right off the highway it wasn’t most at all.

The bed made noise when you got in and out and when you rolled over but other then that it was great

Walk and a sign posted saying I would be charged an extra 2.50 on third party booking. Really!! I pay what I’m quoted deal with Expedia. Poor decision

We stayed for two nights, and bed was not made on the second day of stay.

The manager and his employees did are not knowledgeable about the hotel what so ever room was dirty heater did t work correctly toilet leaked would not refund me any money was told because Thayer offered me a different room at 10:30 pm that I wasn’t getting a refund bad business manager was rude and I was dismissed but going back ever and I’ll post it on social media
