The staff was friendly and helpful.

Took showers in standing water in the tub. Ok for the price but would not recommend.

1. The electrical outlets were looked dangerous, cracked with many connections into one port. 2. The bedspread was stained. I took pics and showed it to the main desk clerk, and he said sorry. 3. There was no hot water at night or in the morning. My shower was quick and cold!!! I complained and there’s clerk said that he couldn’t do anything about it. 4. There were patches in the walls, from repairs that were falling off. There was a spider on the ceiling. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, with premade breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and some wrapped pastries. 5. I tried to contact the main manager several times, on Sunday, May 4, talked with him once but the connection was terrible. When I tried to talk later, he was unavailable.

The outside of this hotel needs attention, but the room was wonderful. Clean, newly renovated and very comfortable

Bathroom door didn't lock, Bath tub faucet leaked, dripping all the time, towels and bedding had stains.

The shower was broken so we didn’t shower for two days

Exactly what you expect from a hotel. Clean, quiet, and I felt safe.

When you walk into the property, you get a very friendly warm welcoming feeling. It is very convenient right off of 395. The staff is super friendly and super helpful.

I cannot say that there is nothing that I disliked. Everything was great.
