Quality Inn Plainfield I-395

Not much… very disappointed with our stay.

Cleanliness, not much to offer, hookers outside/rooming ruined our comfort zone for people with family. Hotel does nothing about it. Absolutely disgusting. We picked the place mainly for the pool and when we got there it was down - no where notified of that before paying for the room. Worse stay in a while.

I would give this hotel a -100 if I could. Nothing like the pictures on website or nothing like pictures on choice hotels. No pool .. stated it was under construction.. lie.. no work was being done .. it was not even a clean area around the pool, cluttered with all sorts of stuff... Our room was on the first floor... Opened the room curtain for some light and their was their garden with a 🐀 looking fence that was keeping the view of their garden from the passing by traffic...not even a neat pleasant garden... Green moss all over the buildings exterior which was even on the outside trash cans.. the breakfast is nothing like they said that they have.. dirty carpet, nasty smelling, and the air conditioner did not work properly... Beds uncomfortable with two very thin pillows... Terrible experience... I think most of their reviews are fake by my experience.. July 8, 2025...

Dirty, smelled. Stains on sheets and towels. Bathroom filthy. No hot water. Bed was very uncomfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Paint was chipped in a few places , nothing drastic, but noticeable

The location was very good for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that there was no loud TV playing. Somebody created an attractive effect with plants that made the stay special.

Breakfast was minimal.

Hair Dryer broken, metal hooks on bathrom door broken, bed vey unomforabe. Would not recommend ths propry. Right off the highway but that is the best thing I could say aout the property. Breakfast offered a poor choce of items. better go to a local restraunt for a breakfast. Also $2.50 charge if we made reservations??

Could only take one shower and it wasn’t really a shower, it was more like standing in a deep puddle of my own dirty water. Also, why wasn’t the pool open?!?!? The plant hung around the lobby was impressive 👍

Perfect

We stayed at the Comfort Inn while traveling for a funeral locally. The hotel, lobby and rooms are fine, they appear to have newer carpeting in the corridors, nice solid doors, easy parking. But our bathroom door was difficult to close, like the hinges were broken. Our in room phone wasn’t working. But worst of all, in the morning we discovered that the shower didn’t work at all. And I mean absolutely no water came out of the faucet, it just twirled around uselessly, clearly stripped. We had to take sponge baths instead. We let them know at the front desk, but we were checking out so it was too late to do anything about it really. I’m not expecting anything glamorous at a hotel of this type, but I do expect for $200/night to be able to take a shower.
