It was great

I was really disappointed when we checked in to find out the pool area was closed and under renovations. The only reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool area. We were super excited to take our new baby swimming for the first time. Pretty bummed out and would’ve liked to know the pool area was closed before we booked. Would’ve stayed in a different hotel then.

Extremely clean and polite staff

Pool was out of service. Elevator was out of service. Restaurant was not open in time and when it opened it was SEVERELY understaffed. Room was dirty. Manager didn’t know how to restock coffee.

Did not like that we had to go back out in the cold to hang a tag in our vehicle just in case the night auditor decided to check the parking lot for cars. Take our license at registration and use that. We travel a lot and don't have to do this, and it was annoying to have to go back out. The lot was extremely empty, and it was a holiday, and we didn't check in until around 9pm.

First time I can sleep good, the bed was very confortable.

The hotel rooms were very quiet and very clean

I had a small issue with the first room I checked into, but it was rectified immediately. Fantastic guest services!!!!! The pool was closed due to construction but that was ok for me. Room was comfortable and no noise could be heard from surrounding rooms. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but over all comfortable. If I ever have the need to go back to Marshfield, I will be staying here again

The check in was so fast and the front desk and everyone were SO friendly and helpful. Very clean. Liked the outdoor patio - very nice to have an outdoor space. Pool was still not accessible but we did not plan to use for this trip anyway. No breakfast except for at the restaurant.

I have dog allergies and it’s almost impossible to find a hotel that doesn’t allow dogs. But, besides the point. We reserved a King Rm. she gave us the key and we got to the room. It was a queen. Called and they said we don’t have any Kings left. Well, not a huge deal but, would have appreciated her telling us before we go up. We open the door and there’s a lanyard in the floor. It belonged to housekeeping. Husband took it downstairs. I’m picking about cleanliness. The mirror had not been cleaned. There were several hairs in the bathroom floor, one in the sink and one in the shower. At this point, we are tired. I just laid towels down to walk on and because the carpet was poorly vacuumed, I wore socks like I always do on a hotel floor. The ice machine was broken on the third floor and the indoor pool was closed for renovations and we still had to pay close to $200. Definitely not worth more than $100 a night and that’s with good housekeeping. On plus…it’s across the street from Nutz Deep II. We read reviews and tried it. Very good. We definitely enjoyed it.
