"Not your expected H.I. "

When you book at a holiday inn and pay almost the most expensive rate in town you expect a holiday in. Experience. It was far from that. When you walk in the lobby it has been updated. But that ends as you turn it the hallway. You walk into a scuffed, ugly environment. Then go into the room. Thought I was in a $60 dollar motel. Sheets had stains, no new amenities. It gets worse. Go to take a shower and there wax literally red and black mold in the grout of the tub/shower. Most the tile grout had some type of mold. Needless to say it was not recommended to other family coming into town.

stayed here for a training event in town. Room was dirty, hairs in the toilet, bathtub appeared moldy on the edges, white thick substance in the air conditioner. received vouchers to have breakfast in attached restraunt-one server who seemed to also be cooking? had pancakes and sausage, pancakes were still gooey in the middle-none of them cooked through. weren't given silverware or napkins until we requested them after our food came. No condiments other than syrup ie butter. many people got their milk or oj and left due to time constraints on needing to get to training

The restaurant was excellent. The staff, particularly Bryan and Chris really went out of their way to make sure my stay was good. I'll come back for sure.

We come to this location for a yearly baseball tournament. However, it has been three years since the pool has been in operation. We knew when booking that the pool wasn't going to be an option, but what's the hold up? Also, why isn't there a continental breakfast of some kind provided? Our one night at the HI in Marshfield cost us nearly the same as two nights in a HI in Rochester on the same weekend as our family was in both areas for baseball tournaments.
