Everything was fine except was disappointed that the swimming pool was not operational.

No free breakfast option - I was told they have a restaurant

I liked the convenience store in the lobby. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was great. The room we had was great, we were concerned about noise with room so close to the elevator but we didn't hear any. Loved the two person jacuzzi tub and fireplace. They had exceptional customer service. Only one thing that wasn't great was their pool was closed.

Very upset with this booking!! My family drove two hours to take the kids to a hotel for a night to go swimming. We get at the hotel to check in only to find out the pool is being renovated and closed. There was nothing on the Expedia site saying the pool at the location is closed. So I paid 150 to just sleep in a room with nothing to entertain my 2 kids. The game room that was also advertised for the location was also closed. Not happy at all this was a wasted getaway.

GOOD: hotel was close to nursing home where my mom is. BAD: jacuzzi was in the bathroom with doors on one side and toilet on the other. the fireplace made a loud noise while it was on. the advertisement showed a nice swimming pool with a slide and a hot tub, but when we got there the pool was under construction. three other families came to use the pool but got turned away. pm lady at desk was not very friendly.

Property is under construction which wasn’t provided when booking. Many amenities were not available like pool, bar, etc. Staff was great.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights recently. The room was nice and comfy, and the air temperature was very easy to regulate and control, both for heating and cooling. Though I hadn't planned on using the pool, I noticed it is closed for renovation. Some locals tell me that it has been closed for a long, long time. When i asked, they said they "hoped" to reopen it "sometime next year." I'd say that my room had a somewhat tired appearance. Some of the bath towels were frayed, a sign that they did not pay close attention. One night my room was made up, but they did everything but replace the coffee supplies. Another time everything else was done, but the bed was left unmade. One day I wore white socks in the room. The next day i noticed that the were kind of dirty--that carpet really needs a clean. Still, overall, it was comfortable and not a bad stay, just a few details that seem to have fallen by the wayside. The place just seemed a bit tired and worn. It could use some updating if it wants to remain competitive. I go to Marshfield several times a year, but probably will not return here, there are better options at a similar price point.

We were put in Room 125- the first room off the lobby. No big deal-there was no noise. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows ok. Pool and spa is closed as expected due to Covid. There’s a small sundry store in the lobby. No breakfast as part of the stay. Keurig in room with three coffees. Price was reasonable. View of parking lot. Front desk attendant was nice. Some wear and tear in the shower. Good Wifi And TV. Standard stay-no surprises.

I had requested a king bed but was given two queens. I was able to get what I had asked for, but my husband who is ill had to walk a great distance. It was a great inconvenience for him and stressful for me. The desk person didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize.

The cleanliness of the room was simply disgusting. When I got to the room after checking in, there was dried you’re an all over the toilet seat. As well, I could tell that the sheets on one of the beds had not been changed from the previous guests.
