We loved everything about this property. The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice. This IS a non-smoking hotel; however, there were people smoking nicotine cigarettes so the hallway smelled like smoke and our room, especially our bathroom smelled like smoke. We had to turn our fan up high to circulate air in our room, which made everyone cold. We got back to our room late after celebrating Thanksgiving with family (after 12:30 AM), so we couldn’t change hotels. Our room was non-refundable. My children have asthma so….it was disappointing.

"Pool Under construction "

I was disappointed that on the website and on hotel.com that nothing was mentioned that the pool was under construction, since that was the whole reason we picked this hotel. We would had went elsewhere so our kids could swim.

We drove over 500 miles to stay in this hotel with a water slide and indoor pool. We get there and the pool is being renovated and has been closed for over a year. There was nothing mentioned on the website about that. Also got breakfast vouchers and we went to the restaurant and there was one person there eating and no staff came out after waiting 10minutes.
