Good location

Run down, old depressing hotel. The rooms are gross, heating wasn’t working in the apartment. So overpriced for what it is!

They provided a good and varied buffet breakfast. We had lovely meals at The Larder restaurant. Our room had a nice outlook over the garden and tennis courts. I like that they had a putting area and outdoor chess.

The room itself was a little tired and the bathroom was a bit small and could do with an update - not a fan of having the shower in the bath. We were provided with an unallocated car park but it was not near to our room which was disappointing.
