Location and close to beach and shops on a beautiful large block of land which had plenty of entertainment options.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, mould was on walls and shower curtain which was was falling apart. Husband disappointed that steam room was out of order.

I'd prefer to dry clothes in our room but there was nowhere to hang them. An outside tap to wash sandy feet would have been helpful.

Location is awesome and our room was clean and comfortable.

The shared stairwells and common areas were filthy and old looking.

Staff were amazing. location was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing

was a little unlucky with my room, but staff were all over it to fix all issues

Lovely room, very clean.

Room was quite a walk from the parking area and reception.

Very close to the main road where the restaurants were and there was ample parking

My room was older and different to the pictures when booking the room. I was disappointed that it was more run down than expected. The pictures showed a more modern look but when we got there the corridors and the room itself was in need of renovation and the bathroom basin was in the bedroom/living area instead of in the bathroom.

Our room was in Heritage Wing which translates to old and tired. Check in great. Staff friendly. Room good, bed comfy, nicely decorated plus tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom and shower very tiny with mirror and basin in the actual bedroom because there’s no room in the bathroom. Shower base in need of a deep clean which is especially noticeable when you’re in the shower. Buffet breakfast good but barista coffee ordinary.
