Location. Pool, spa and steam rooms good.

Stayed in a one-bedroom classic view apartment. Appalled at the condition of the carpets and furnishings. Smaller TV/s I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. This property is very dated and desperately needs an upgrade.

"Good value but I wouldn’t stay here again"

The location was great. And buffet breakfast was included

The hotel rooms are rather dated. The decor in the bedroom was fine, freshly painted but the window finishing were average. The bathroom was not safe. A shower over the bath is old fashioned but manageable. However this bath was not suitable for that. Firstly the bath was tall, but the bath was designed for relaxing and lounging, meaning there were arm rests in there that also had to be negotiated. Getting in was ok but getting out when wet was a hazard.

Great location. Lovely staff however it feels very tired and in need of a full refurbishment. Our apartment was fully equipped and well stocked but with very tired furniture and soft furnishings.

the room was sunny adn open with a window 'nook' and on second floor

we hadnt realised the property was undergoing extensive maintenance and rooms in each block were being completely gutted and redone, so a lot of trades people and back and forth in stair wells etc Once we booked (booking.com) the confirmation noted that the property had some maintenance occurring ...but this certainly wasnt highlighted at time of booking. Given the extensive nature it would have been more appropriate to do so
