Hoi An Ancient House Resort & Spa

Room & Vibe: The rooms are wonderfully spacious. Staying in an attic room provided a beautiful, authentic experience. The bathroom was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the lush green view. Pool & Facilities: We spent a lot of enjoyable time by the pool. The pool menu was very satisfying, and having a happy hour was a great bonus! Everywhere was relaxing and impeccably clean. Food: Breakfast was great, and we had a lovely time enjoying our meals.

This is the second time we came here, and our experience was absolutely amazing. The resort is so confortable and the people are so kind and nice! Thank you again for having us and thank you my friend Minh for taking care of us!

C'est un hôtel à taille humaine où l'on se sent tout de suite bien, notamment grâce au personnel qui est d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours souriant. Un vrai bonheur de ce côté-là

Le confort des matelas , luminosité dans les chambres . Une vraie "grotte" : La chambre est tellement sombre qu'il faut absolument allumer la lumière à toute heure de la journée. C’est vraiment dommage, car cela gâche complètement le plaisir d'avoir choisi une prestation supérieure.

The property was amazing! The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the pool and bar service was great. I loved that the push bikes that were loaned for free. The customer service staff - Minh - went above and beyond to help when required.

The adjoining room was great for our family - we had two adults and two kids aged 9 and 12. We loved the big bathrooms, the comfy beds and the balcony. We spent a lot of time in the pool (yay for Happy Hour!) and found it an easy location to reach everything via Grab. It's probably a bit far to walk into Old Town or to the beach with kids, but a Grab is super cheap. Free shuttle to beach and Old Town is also handy. The hotel has a partnership with a beautiful restaurant - which offers free sun loungers right on the beach. We loved it, but found the constant interruptions from people trying to sell us stuff very annoying. We preferred taking a Grab to Cua Dai beach which was quiet and had incredible fresh seafood restaurants.

Lots and lots of stairs! Staff are very helpful with suitcases, but beware that you will have to take stairs to reach dining and rooms. The pool water is very warm, not super refreshing but still a lovely place to relax and have a dip.

Great little resort with friendly staff -the concierge Minh was so great!

The beds were a bit hard for us and we had trouble shutting our bathroom door, but could work around it.
