Hoi An Ancient House Resort & Spa

Havre de paix en pleine ville d’hoi an. Nous avons apprécié le confort des chambres très spacieuses (nous avions une chambre famille deluxe) , les jardins magnifiques de l’hôtel et la piscine. Le personnel était charmant et très attentionné. Nous avons aussi fait des massages qui étaient parfaits.

Very nice hotel, really cute style with a lovely garden and swimming pool. Free bikes are super handy either to go to Town or to the beach. We loved our stay there.

The place was so comfortable the moment we arrived - the swimming pool area, garden with water feature, and general outdoor areas were so calm and relaxing and felt very removed from the streets outside. The bar area with the pool table was a great way to relax outside of the room if you didn't want to go into the town and there were plenty of other calm spaces to sit and play cards. The staff were so helpful in helping with directions, money exchanges, things to do in the area and so much more. Minh even helped us to contact our hotel in Hanoi where we were staying next to make sure our rooms were prepared there. The location made us feel like we could dip in or out of the old town and there was great transport to and from the town and the beach for free included with our stay. We couldn't recommend highly enough.

There is nothing we can think of that would make the place better. We didn't try use the bicycles and the accommodation didn't have motorbikes to rent, which was not an issue because we rented a motorbike from next doors instead.

Welcoming team at the reception desk is adorable, especially Lay. Food is excellent and fresh. Staff assigned to the breakfast buffet is always kind. The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The complex environment is well maintained and is luxurious.

Breakfast and dinners were delicious, with fresh, clean food. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, with a private courtyard to relax in. The gardens were gorgeous, and it was an easy walk to the Old Town. Bikes were available to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Massage a little different wasn’t my style

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and a great buffet breakfast. Quiet and easy to get to everything. Loved the bike hire to ride through the rice fields nearby, and the free rice paper making workshop

Pool was a little warm, but it was very hot weather when we stayed. In a lovely setting
