Guesthouse in Fauberg Marigny just a block from Frenchman Street music bars and 12 walk to Jackson Square. 20 minute walk to heart of French Quarter. 20 minute walk to Treme. Killer courtyard pool, room was clean and nice, but basic - befitting the pricepoint. If you are going as a couple or more check on the bathroom situation. Room I had (king bed) had a very small bathroom, which is fine with me, but may be rough for multiple people. Near New Orleans Jazz Museum, around the corner from Spotted Cat and Snug Harbor, very close to Riverfront Steet Car terminus.

The staff at the front desk helped us so much when Amtrak missed our connection and we couldn't make it in time the first night. Now we just need booking.com to refund that night like they promised

Did not have elevators and was not told my room was on second floor. They ended up moving us to the inn at st ann. Grest location. 1 week stay should have had a microwave and fridge in room
