"Beautiful hotel, we stayed in a garden room which were lovely"

Beautiful setting, nice rooms and choice of pools areas. Nice breakfasts and lunches at the pool bar

Some reception staff weren’t very welcoming felt like checking in was a chore for them. Evening buffet not great I wouldn’t and also never seemed popular with othe guests

A simpatia dos funcionários

A limpeza, o hotel estava vazio e deram-nos um quarto perto da casa das maquinas foi impossível dormir. Após reclamação mudaram-nos de quarto que tinha uma praga de formiga. Era dormir no meio de formigas ou com um barulho incomodativo.

Lovely pools and location of rooms throughout gardens, efficient and helpful reception staff. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Attentive oool attendant with umbrellas etc

Rated as 5 star, but wasn’t that level. Evening meal buffet was not 5*. No complimentary water with evening meal. Patio areas at rear of property not regularly brushed during stay so covered with pine needles constantly. Room service was always around 4pm for our room, which was usually at time we were returning to room and relaxing before going out, so was inconvenient
