Pestana Vila Sol - Vilamoura Premium Golf Resort

Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Rooms were well laid out and spacious. Lovely to have the trees keeping the room and garden cool. Great that our party had adjoining rooms so we could sit out as a large group at the back of the rooms. Choice of pools great. Fabio at the pool so friendly and helpful.

The buffet evening choice was expensive and not very inspiring. Lighting for the evening too bright. The room service was too late in the day. They did our room at 4.30pm when we were coming back so had to send them away which was really annoying. Why cant they start our rooms earlier in the day sometimes instead of always leaving ours till last. Room ended up dirty and uncomfortable because of this. Calamari at pool bar like battered batter. As zonas da piscina, a piscina, os espaços de descanso, a limpeza dos quartos, a simpatia dos funcionários. Especialmente o chefe de bar da piscina e o responsável do buffet.

Buffet do jantar deixa muito a desejar, poderia ser melhorado. Numa próxima na optaremos por meia pensão. Aceitando animais e pagando a taxa para eles, achamos que deveria ser disponibilizado comedouro/bebedouro. Eventualmente tapete para dormir. Já tivemos num alojamento do Pestana e tivemos muitos mais produtos de oferta para o animal. Piscina interior poderia ter horário alargado até às 22h00 por exemplo. Alguns empregados de atendimento ao público não falam bem português nem inglês. São apenas comentários construtivos, no geral adorámos a estadia, instalações e os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

The variety of areas to relax

It was a pity the restaurants weren’t better quality, the quality of the food coming from the pool area cafe and the dining room restaurant was poor, very little consistency with quality however the breakfast was very good.
