Excellent location, good food and clean amenities.

Noticed a plaque above the toilet that had half the letters missing. In 3 languages. Took a few days to figure out that NO PAPER was supposed to be thrown into the toilet. This applies to most of Greece and most facilities but is not explained or advertised as it should have been. Problem brought to the attention of the front desk, unsure if management was advised.

Morning food buffet was good: high variety, well made dishes, good fruit and coffee. Pool facilities looked in good working order and there were several open public spaces for all guests.

The property as a whole is aged and not always well maintained. The tennis “court” was in a sorry state (net on the ground, provided racquets were old and dirty, some tennis balls were deflated!). The room was barely passable with old furniture, bathroom accessories and even an ant infestation.

A very comfortable hotel for a family holiday. The food is above average for a all included hotel, the rooms are nice big and clean, but what gives it a wonderful feeling is the staff which is amazing, making all they can to make your time the best it can be.

The room was a good size, comfortable bed and clean, however what amde it a "delux" room, I dont know. Nice but basic. Also rigth by the side of the water slides and the kids pool, so very noisy. The quality of the food for an all inclusive was good. A lot of choice and plenty of it. The staff, with the exception of a guy at the snack bar who never smiled or looked at you, were lovely, helpful and friendly

This is not a 5 star hotel as claimed. Its a massive holiday resort and with the arrival of school holidays became too crowded and noisy. There are 3 pools but very difficult to get into any of them due to the mumber of people, and despite notices saying that large inflatables were not to be used in the pool, there were so many inflatables you couldnt get in the water. All the su beds were "reserved" by 8am, again despite notices saying that this was to happen. Why make "rules" if you have no way of enforcing them. A good family hotel for a good family holiday but not for older travellers and certianly not 5 star. An adults only pool would have made a big difference.
