Quiet, clean and staffs are helpful and nice

Breakfast wasn’t good and not a lot of choice

The hotel itself is outdated with poorly functioning appliances, noisy refrigerators, unusable cookware, and dated fixtures… but that’s not what makes it so awful! The man working the desk who has such a bad speech impediment that you cannot understand a word he says is the worst part of this place. He’s grumpy, angry, unhelpful, and generally rude. Everyone in my workgroup has commented on this person’s negative demeanour. Why someone who lacks communication skills would be at the desk, I do not know. Don’t say hi to the man working the kitchen either as he’ll rudely look away and ignore you. The women seem to be generally nice and helpful. Either way, nothing about this stay is worth it. There are plenty of other locations around the area.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Very happy with our stay.

Best bed , room and breakfast we have had yet! I don’t belive ANY of these ridiculous 1 star reviews. I feel these idiots are just lying to get somthing we feel. It was the best day myself my wife I’ve ever had in any hotel. The rooms were clean. The hallway were clean. The whole hotel was clean. There were no roaches or bad smells or kids running up and down the rooms. This hotel was really really nice and the food was amazing. The only thing we complain about is the toilet is a too low. They have to update them. That’s it. We are very happy. We stay for two days on business and we will be going back in the future. Great hotel great staff great day A+ five stars.

Professional staff and a welcoming lobby. However, the room was sadly outdated and a little shabby. The bathroom shower had what looked like maybe mold along the bottom. The lotion pump bottle was empty. The sliding mirror/door on the closet came off its track immediately. The room was clean, but didn't sparkle. We came down to the breakfast close to its end, but in any case, the eggs were cold, the potatoes tasted like cardboard, and the "Robust" coffee wasn't. It was convenient for our purposes, but another time, we'll look elsewhere.

I received daily text messages from the agent who checked me in and that was nice. But the room had what looked like mold on the outside of the dishwasher and there was rust and mold on the vent in the bathroom. The bathroom tub and floor also had strands of someone else’s hair.

Our room was fantastic for the price! Spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked! Best experience for lodging in the area that I have had! I will always stay here!
