The fold out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, which I did not expect and this was convenient because it got plenty of use. Though there was an issue with the television, the staff were very receptive about it and hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests.

The door was heavy and closed too quickly. I would have rated the lighting better, but the kitchenette lights should have been on two switches rather than being combined on one. The hot items at breakfast were usually lukewarm at most.

I loved my stay here! I stayed for 3 nights to take a break from my family and get alone time. Incredibly clean, good WiFi, friendly staff, room service really provided a full service when I was out, there was a very good breakfast buffet each morning, it was surprisingly quiet (rarely heard anyone else when I was in my suite), overall convenient and comfortable. Had an amazing time. I will definitely return in the future the next time I need a break.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was great but our room felt out of date and a little dirty. The hallway we were down had a side door where smokers smoked and the entire hallway smelled terrible.

The staff was very nice and helpful but our room was not very comfortable. The floors and carpets were worn and stained, the beds were very uncomfortable, the toilet had issues where it ran all the time but also did not fill properly, and there was something in the corner of the bathroom that looked like blood. We made it through the night but probably would not stay again.

The location is convenient and the room was comfortable.

The shower in room 208 has black mold growing in it and the showerhead drips. Only two towels were provided. The kitchen didn't have any dishwashing liquid and the hotel was unable to find any.

It was fine but not what I’ve come to expect from Hilton. Part of why we picked this hotel was bc of the pool and since so many kids were staying bc of a soccer tournament, they decided they didn’t want to open the pool. Nothing was wrong with the pool. They said they would open it on Monday (Memorial Day) after the teams leave. How convenient. Also the front desk guy got very serious about having nobody sitting in the “dining area” after 830pm. Most hotels we have stayed at quiet hours start 10pm but he basically pushed us out and even got loud about it. The location and what’s around the hotel is great but in the rooms are due for an upgrade. The carpet was green and stained and the beds were not comfortable. And there was no dish soap or sponges for the kitchens.
