"Very Good"

Nice and quiet location. Spacious living room

Poor lighting in the bathroom. No alarm clock in the bedroom. No extra roll of toilet paper. Called for toilet paper and fresh towels. Was told someone will bring some up and never did.

"Terrible Customer Service - would not recommend"

My recent visit to this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service. From the front desk staff Tara, David and GM Ashish displayed favoritism, rudeness, concerns were brought up were brushed off. showed favoritism to The GM was very rude in addressing concerns. Front desk staff need additional training. For the price paid, expectation to treat guests equally is expected. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values good service.

If we were paying $100, it would have been fine. $200 is too much for this hotel. Dated decor/carpet The room smelled like cigarettes, lamps falling apart. Shower super slippery, bathroom sink slow drain. Bed was like a board. Bench at pool covered in sidewalk chalk (Didn't know that until we sat down). Algae in pool near ladder. Didn't take many photos, Leaning lamp provided for humor. Pros: Location The air conditioning worked well. Mainly quiet.

The lobby and bathrooms have been renovated. The living / dining area in the rooms are dated. This location is very convenient to dining, grocery shopping and gas stations. The room was quiet and the staff friendly.

Dated, dingy, and dirty. Lobby and hallways smelled like stale cigarettes. Room smelled like mildew. Lots of visible maintenance issue throughout property. Gym equipment was broken and dirty with no wipes anywhere in sight. I will say the breakfast was very good—all the fixings for breakfast tacos!

Quick check in. Room was very nice, and big.. Way bigger than I needed, but I enjoyed it. My room was on the first floor, near the lobby, and noise was not an issue. I didn’t get a chance to use the fitness center or swimming pool, but they looked nice.
