The location is great ( consider that it's somewhat uphill) , the price is the best.

Right next to our room was the kitchen.. There was some pervert woman who woke up every morning around 6ish just to deepfry or fry something for her gang for 1-1,5 hour. There is no proper window on the rooms, so this creature gased us every morning with burnt oil smell ( not to mention the kitchen noise). As per the building structure indeed every noise in the area is loud. That migt be ok, but the weekend nights can be louder. The room itself has the basic from everything. Don't touch the water heating device on the shower head - it can shock you, not pleasant. Just accept the water temperature (it is not cold).

We weren't told about the kitchen and coffee in the morning until we found it just before we left. The shower was a bit iffy.

The owner was very friendly. Some of the rooms have AC and some don't. I accidentally booked one of the rooms without AC. That was my fault. I made a go of it since they had a nice fan in the room. It turned out to be fine since I was rarely in the room during the heat of the day. It would cool down to the upper 60's F at night, and there was an excellent breeze. The view was great.

There was a rooster in the house next door that would crow for about an hour between 4 and 5 AM. It would also sometime crow at 1:30 AM or at 3 AM. They also had a dog that barked a lot at night. You have to sleep with the window open to get good ventilation.
