The room had damage round the door handle there was a suspect brown stain in the shower the flooring was in poor condition Centrally based so handy for shops etc

Hartje Gent! Echt alle bezienswaardigheden om de hoek. We konden de koffer al in de ochtend brengen, wat heel fijn was. Aardige en vriendelijke dames achter de receptie. Kamer 12 was duidelijk recent gerenoveerd. Basis, zeer ruim maar prima. Nu alleen nog nieuwe kozijnen! Jammer dat tv het niet deed. Ruime badkamer. Regendouche te weinig druk en onduidelijk hoe handdouche werkte. Heerlijk geslapen! Ontbijt basis, maar wel lekkere koffie!

Unclean room, desperately in need of some paint to cover the marks on the ceiling and on the cracked window ledges. The floor needs replacing. Even the door was stained (I took photos). The bed was comfy. Room extremely spartan. 3-star to me means an absence of luxury, but not unclean or damaged.
