Leider war mein Bett von Wanzen aller Stadien befallen. Es gibt hier ein ernstes Insektenproblem! Was sich nicht nur auf ein Zimmer beschränken kann.

Super spacious room in the perfect location right by the belfry.

Unfortunately no air-conditioning and our stay was VERY warm. Also, the television didn't work at all and is not available at all in the hotel. We were given a terrific room with a beautiful view of the lovely buildings. Our room was renovated and accessible by the elevator. We enjoyed the stay all the same. The location is wonderful, the staff were wonderful and the room was wonderful (except for the no aircon). We didn't miss the television but some might.

The property has no air conditioning that we could discern. They have small portable desk fans available upon request. It’s an older property but that just adds to its charm. Neel, the manager was great! Breakfast was also very good. I recommend this hotel as long as your visit isn’t during a heat wave.

Good location! Short walk to town center. Comfy bed. Room was spacious. Perfect for our quick stay. A mini fridge in the room would’ve been nice.

lo hemos bautizado como el hotel del terror. No nos quedamos. Nos dieron una habitación horrorosa, pequeña, con las lamas del parquet sueltas y levantadas que podrías hacerte mucho daño si no vas con cuidado. digo lamas sueltas, literalmente, al pisar se levanta la lama de 150 cm y se queda fuera de su hueco. Nos dieron la buhardilla, sin aire acc, con un pequeño ventilador de chino de 5 € y hacía un calor espantoso. un 3º sin ascensor y todo por un precio .... sin comentarios... les dijimos que no nos quedábamos pese a haber pagado ya por adelantado y no pusieron objecciones y nos devolvieron el importe pagado. Creo que la misma chica de recepción que nos acompañó, ponía caras de "lo entiendo perfectamente" No deberían ofrecer habitaciones en ese estado y si anuncian ascensor ha de tenerlo y si dice que la habitación tiene "aire" no es un ventilador. En fin... tuvimos una tarde algo agobiada buscando donde dormir los próximos 3 días y encontramos evidentemente pero esto nos costó mas del doble del presupuesto al ser tan precipitado, en fin de semana y con una ciudad a reventar de gente. En cualquier caso, flaco favor nos hicieron y una gran decepción.

De locatie is fantastisch en het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn ruim. Maar dat is eigenlijk ook al het positieve wat ik kan melden. Er hangt een muffe lucht in zowel kamers als de gang. Losliggende vloerplaten waar je jezelf aan verwond. Sowieso veel nagelaten onderhoud. Op eerste inspectie lijkt de kamer netjes, maar dan vallen de losliggende plinten bijv. Op. Geen airco aanwezig. En bij 30 graden is dat geen pretje. Maar een deel van het hotel met lift te bereiken, dus ben je slecht ter been geef dat door. Gasten wc 1e verdieping is vies, geen fatsoenlijke lichtknop. Nogmaals personeel is behulpzaam en regelde gelijk andere kamer en checkte ook of het goed ging. Nieuwe kamer had dan weer geen gordijn op 1 stuk en licht bleek niet overal te werken. Kortom waren we langer dan 1 nacht in Gent,.hadden wij omgeboekt.

Camera priva di aria condizionata e accessori quasi completamente assenti (neanche un armadio o una gruccia per appendere i vestiti!!) Ottima solo la posizione in pieno centro.
